Day 31: January 31 - ouch

Black and blue are not my colors.

This awesome picture, if you can see it, is of the bottom of my foot. That discoloration in the middle of my arch, over my ENTIRE arch, is a massive, painful bruise.

Whether it was from dancing the other night or my long run is what worries me...
