Sunday, October 2 - Koper, Slovenia

Homemade Jäger, wine, beer. Cindy and I drank our way through this eastern European town.
We didn't mean to, but then this man was showing us up with his liter of beer, so we had to at least try to match him between the two of us. We kept our shirts on, though.

While we had our second half liter of beer if the day, this cool fountain was our view.

I tried, to no avail, to read this newspaper...

... And this map...

And finally we took to cute train around town to find, well, more beer.

And a church, to be fair.

Oh, also, almost all stores were closed on Sunday. Weird, because in the US, we pretty much only close them for Christmas.

Dober dan. That means "good day". The only slovane we mastered :-)
